White peach, honeysuckle and underpinning nutmeg spice just begin to describe the nose. Hints of vanilla, lily’s and soapstone minerality add to the complex fragrance.
This beautiful ruby red incredibly fragrant wine is immediate with pomegranate, white chocolate, and black pepper. There are also underpinning elements of cherry pit, spring rain and gravel minerality.
True to Petit Verdot’s nature the wine is very dark purple to the core. There is great complexity to the nose, aromas of black plum, dark cherry, white pepper as well as cola and crushed violets.
The 2021 Cabernet Franc has a beautiful dark purple core. Mountain Cabernet Franc is different, which is evident on the nose. Blackcurrants and freshly roasted coffee abound from the glass.
The 2021 Spring Mountain Cabernet is one concentrated wine. The opaque purple color is much darker than previous years. The aromatics fill the air with cassis, dark plum and black licorice.
The 2021 MMV is the darkest ever produced being opaque and near black. The valley floor aromatics jump out of the glass with big raspberry jam and caramel while the mountain fruit pulls the jam aspect back adding some blackcurrant and earth tones
The color of the 2021 Rattlesnake is near opaque purple. The nose is very intense, with blackberry pie, caramel, dark roast coffee, cola, and raspberry reduction pouring out of the glass.
