The deep garnet-purple colored 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Rattlesnake offers up a nose of mocha, cedar, earth and spice cake over a core of cassis, Chinese five spice and hoisin. Medium to full-bodied and with very firm and grippy tannins, a decent expression and chewy finish.

Blended of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc, the deep garnet-purple colored 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain District opens with a cassis, plums and black cherries nose with cedar, dried roses and black soil hints plus a touch of charcuterie. There are plenty of baked berries and earthy layers in the full-bodied mouth, with a chewy backbone and savory finish.

As our hospitality venues are outside to take advantage of the magnificent view and far apart from one another, we are perfectly situated to provide an exceptional experience in adherence with all safety protocols, ensuring the health of our guests and staff. We will surpass all  hygiene guidelines as well to retain focus on the exploration of our wines just as before.

Appointments are limited to no more than 6 people per reservation, and simultaneous groups will be separated by over 25 yards. Tours of production areas and vineyards will be staggered so that no groups will be at risk of close contact.
