Wine Bar will be hosting a private wine dinner with Hal and Fiona Barnett and Winemaker David Tate which will include pairing 2008 Barnett Vineyards Sangiacomo Chardonnay, 2009 Barnett Vineyards Tina Marie Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2007 Barnett Vineyards Spring Mountain Merlot, and 2007 Barnett Vineyards Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon with delectable dishes prepared by chef Jeremy Kiens. March 10th-12th, Park City, Utah Red, White, and Snow Event Barnett Vineyards' Winemaker David Tate will take part in this three-day event that celebrates some of the nation’s top chefs and finest vintners. The weekend is made up of a variety of wine tastings, vintner dinners hosted at private estate homes around Park City and Deer Valley, three ski days at three different Park City resorts, and culminates with a mountain elegance gala dinner and auction. July & August Friday, July 22nd and August 26th, 1pm Barnett Vineyards Luncheons Hosted by Winemaker David Tate, enjoy a delicious three course lunch paired with amazing Barnett Vineyards' wines (Savoy Chardonnay, Donnely Creek Pinot Noir, Spring Mountain District Merlot, Spring Mountain District Cabernet, and Cyrus Ryan Cabernet). Lunches will be held outdoors, surrounded by the vineyards with amazing valley views from 2000 feet up. Following the lunch, guests will have an opportunity to try a barrel sample of our 2009 Rattlesnake Hill Cabernet! Limited to 16 guests.
